The Clint Curtis Backstory

Clint Curtis was a computer programmer, became an active truth teller, and is now a U.S. attorney. In 2000, while working as a programmer for Yang Enterprises in Florida, Clint Curtis was approached by Rep. Tom Feeney (R-FL) to create a program that would covertly, “flip the vote 51-49[%] to whoever you wanted…to win.”

Curtis initially thought he was hired to write code to help prevent election fraud; however, he was soon to discover that his 24 lines of code would jeopardize the entire democratic process. His simple hack would switch an underdog's 49% of the votes to 51% — and be completely undetectable.

Four years later, Clint first testified before an Ohio hearing on voter fraud conducted by Rep. John Conyers (D-MI). Tom Feeney had by then become the Speaker of the House, as well as a lobbyist and lawyer for Yang Enterprises. That same year (2004) exit polls had predicted an overwhelming victory for Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry. But as the election reached its climax, the margins for President George W. Bush were growing — especially in Ohio, where the race remained uncalled into the early morning hours. The result: Bush won the vote by 51%, defeating John Kerry's 49%.

20 years ago Clint hoped his testimony would be the battle cry to rally both Republicans and Democrats to get rid of vulnerable voting machines. He spoke with Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, who both agreed that voting machines should be removed; however, the Republicans in power were not in support of this course of action, and the mainstream media stayed nearly silent on this national security issue (Fox News and CNN covered the flawed voting system and the Princeton/Diebold virus hack in 2006).

Murder, Spies & Voting Lies

Patty Sharaf's terrifying documentary, Murder, Spies & Voting Lies (the Clint Curtis story), recounts the incredible true story of political corruption and follows journalist/blogger Brad Friedman, who originally broke the story. Sharaf's documentary features Clint's hair-raising account of the events leading up to and after his testimony, and the mainstream media's failure to expose corruption. Friedman and Sharaf uncover the many frightening details of Clint Curtis's case, including the mysterious death of Florida's Inspector General Raymond Lemme and convicted Chinese spy, Hai Lin "Henry" Nee, who was also an employee of Yang Enterprises.

Next Steps for Securing Elections

Since becoming a whistleblower on e-voting vulnerabilities, Clint Curtis has been approached by several international leaders to consult on securing elections. His feedback inspired Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands to remove their voting machines.

“Here’s how you stop [voter fraud]: don’t use machines, because you can never ever trust them to give you a fair election. There are too many ways to hack them. You will never beat the programmer; the programmer always owns the universe. And as long as you have machines — I don’t care which company —they are vulnerable to this.” — Clint Curtis

As the first computer programmer to testify to tampering with election results, Clint Curtis is an ardent supporter of hand counting ballots. For those who argue that hand counting is too time consuming, they should look to France and the 2022 presidential election. On April 10, 2022, immediately after the closing of the polling stations, France's 70 million presidential ballots were counted manually at each polling station. The results were announced within 2 hours after the closing time, and transmitted to the Ministry of Interior, which published the results in real time.

Clint Curts and Mike Lindell

Clint Curtis is now a U.S. attorney who concentrates on government corruption cases—most notably helping victims of the Camp Lejeune tragedy. He has been nominated for US Congress twice, and spent over 20 years working with Democrats and Republicans to eliminate voting machines. Clint has appeared with Mike Lindell during the Moment of Truth Summit, and is scheduled to join Lindell again for 2023's Election Summit in August. His goal is to restore faith in the American election process.
